Every necklace starts as loose stone, not a finished design. We sort each batch of beads by hand — amethyst, chrysocolla, jasper, malachite, lapis lazuli, moonstone, jade, agate, sodalite, turquoise, freshwater pearl — and build the piece around what the stone actually looks like, not a pattern we repeat. That's why no two Willow & Fox necklaces come out the same, even when they start from the same jar of beads.
